Example archetypes

Bruiser
Strength-led + Health

Sustained melee with a sword or fighting style and a tanky fruit.

Skirmisher
Agility + Precision

Ranged pressure with guns and a mobility fruit; hit-and-run.

Haki Support
Willpower-led

Defensive, utility-heavy; pairs with supportive fruits and team play.

Reroll strategy

Codes are your reroll engine. Hold Trait and Race Rerolls from multiple events and roll in bulk for a Mythic (≈0.15% odds) rather than spending them one at a time. The Races & Traits guide explains the odds.

Stat caps and exact scaling are not officially published. Use the Calculator to compare build shapes, then confirm allocations in-game.

How to read the stat shapes

A build is just a decision about which stat you lead with. The three examples above are shapes, not rigid classes — a Bruiser leads Strength and leans on Health, a Skirmisher pairs Agility with Precision to stay mobile and land crits, and a Haki Support leads Willpower for a utility-heavy, defensive kit. Pick the shape that matches how you like to fight, then let the numbers follow.

Matching fruit and style to your shape

Your stats only pay off if your kit scales the same way. A Strength-led Bruiser wants a melee weapon or a transformation fruit that hits hard up close; a Skirmisher wants ranged tools and mobility; a Willpower-led Haki build wants abilities that reward sustained, controlled play. Because every Cursed Fruit has its own skill tier that never overwrites the others, you are never locked into a single kit — but your stats should point at the kit you actually use.

Common build mistakes

  • Spreading points evenly — you end up with no dominant focus and no clear win condition.
  • Ignoring Energy — a kit with no uptime spends fights waiting on cooldowns instead of using skills.
  • Copying a build blindly — someone else's allocation fits their fruit, not yours.
  • Rerolling before you plan — bank rerolls, decide your shape, then spend them in bulk.

  • Long-form progression: reached roughly level 130 (near max at the time) through group grinding with friends.
  • Notes the main builder also made Fruit Battlegrounds; the game is most fun in groups.
  • Echoes balance frustrations around Logia-type immortality and the Flame shield mechanic.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should a beginner prioritise?

Grab a Cursed Fruit from an hourly spawn, keep your race as Human to start, and put early points into Strength and Agility for damage and survivability. Use the Stat Calculator to keep your focus tight.

When should I roll for a Mythic race or trait?

Stack rerolls from code events first. HappySunday alone grants 20 Race Rerolls and FruitBasket grants 10 Trait Rerolls — save several drops, then roll in bulk to improve your odds of a top result.

Are there fixed "best" builds?

No official tier list of builds exists yet. Focus your six stats around one identity (bruiser, skirmisher, or support) and let your fruit and fighting style cover its weakness.

Should I respec later if I change my mind?

Whether respecs exist and how they are priced is not verified. Because of that, it is safer to plan a build before committing points: choose an archetype, model it in the calculator, and only then start spending.
